Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The eduhelp.ngo platform aims to:

  • inform the public about the activities of the Association

  • promote education, inclusion and personal development

  • facilitate community involvement through donations, Form 230 and sponsorships

  • provide a space for dialogue through articles and comments published by users.

3. User Account Creation

3.1. Users may create an account by providing the following data:

  • first name

  • last name

  • e-mail address

  • address (optional)

3.2. A reCAPTCHA system is used during registration to prevent automated accounts.

3.3. The user is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the data provided

  • the confidentiality of the password

  • all activity performed through their account.

3.4. The Association reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

  • violate these Terms and Conditions

  • publish illegal or abusive content

  • affect the proper functioning of the platform.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1. Users may publish:

  • comments

  • articles

  • opinions and educational materials.

4.2. It is prohibited to publish content that:

  • violates Romanian or European legislation

  • contains hate speech or discriminatory messages

  • includes personal data of other persons without consent

  • promotes discrimination or violence

  • contains false or defamatory information

  • infringes copyright or intellectual property rights.

4.3. EDUHELP Association:

  • does not assume responsibility for users’ opinions

  • may moderate, edit or remove content

  • may restrict the access of abusive authors.

4.4. By publishing content, the user grants the Association a non-exclusive right to display the materials on the platform.

5. Donations and Sponsorships

5.1. The platform facilitates support for the Association through:

  • completion of Romanian tax redirection Form 230

  • downloading and concluding sponsorship agreements.

5.2. Donations and sponsorships are voluntary and do not represent commercial transactions.

5.3. Funds are used for the educational and social projects of the Association, according to its statutory objectives.

5.4. The Association may provide, upon request, information regarding the general use of funds.

6. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The content of the platform (texts, logo, materials) belongs to the Association or its collaborators.

7.2. Copying, reproducing or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Association is not liable for:

  • technical interruptions or errors

  • content published by users

  • the use of information outside its educational purpose.

9. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website represents acceptance of the updated version.
