DONATIONS & SPONSORSHIP POLICY
1. Purpose
EDUHELP Personal Development Association allows supporters to contribute through:

Romanian tax redirection form 230
-
sponsorship agreements
-
bank transfer donations
2. Nature of contributions

All contributions are voluntary and used for the educational and inclusion projects carried out by the Association.

Contributions are not commercial purchases and do not grant rights over platform services.
3. Form 230
Users may complete online or download Form 230 to redirect part of their income tax, according to Romanian legislation.
4. Sponsorships
Companies may support activities through sponsorship agreements in line with Romanian Law no. 32/1994 and fiscal regulations.

6. Non-refundability
Contributions are non-refundable, except where expressly required by law.
